1. The Operator

This website and the MetaBet services are owned and operated by Walter D Media Ltd, registration number 000053783, registered address: San Victor Street, Orange Walk Town, Belize ("the Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to register or play.
• You must not access the services from a prohibited jurisdiction (see Section 3).
• You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• By using the services you confirm that online gaming is legal in your place of residence and that you take sole responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of, and persons located in, the following jurisdictions may not open an account or use the services:

4. Account Registration & Verification

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• We may require proof of identity, age and address (KYC) at registration, before withdrawals, or at any other time. See our KYC & AML Policy.
• Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed through reputable payment providers. Available methods are shown at the cashier.
• Deposited funds must be wagered before withdrawal; the Company may apply minimum wagering checks to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 72 hours, subject to completion of verification requirements.
• Payments to third parties are not permitted: withdrawals are returned only to the account holder.

6. Games, Fairness & Settlement

• All game outcomes are generated and settled server-side using random number generation.
• Game rules and, where applicable, return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, affected rounds and associated winnings may be voided ("malfunction voids play").

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to their own published terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates, which form part of these Terms. Abuse of promotions (including multi-accounting) may result in confiscation of bonuses and associated winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, collusion, use of bots or automated play, exploitation of software errors, or any form of cheating.
• Opening multiple accounts, or allowing any person under 18 to use your account.
• Using the services for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Violation may result in account closure, voiding of winnings and reporting to the relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be sent to [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 1 working day and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize.
