KYC & Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Walter D Media Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering and terrorist financing, in line with applicable AML/CFT standards.

1. Customer Due Diligence (KYC)

• All players must provide accurate identity information at registration.
• Before a first withdrawal — or at any time on request — players must complete verification with a government-issued photo ID and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Accounts that fail verification are suspended until checks are complete.

2. Enhanced Due Diligence

• Enhanced verification is applied for single or cumulative transactions above USD 10,000 (or equivalent), for higher-risk profiles, and for politically exposed persons (PEPs).
• Source-of-funds evidence may be requested where activity is inconsistent with a player's profile.

3. Transaction Monitoring

• Deposits, wagers and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns, including minimal-wagering pass-through, structuring and rapid movement of funds.
• Suspicious activity is escalated to the compliance officer and reported to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) as required. Players may not be informed of such reports ("no tipping-off").

4. Sanctions & Prohibited Jurisdictions

• Players are screened against applicable UN, EU and OFAC sanctions lists.
• Access from prohibited jurisdictions (see Terms & Conditions) is blocked using geolocation controls.

5. Payment Rules

• We work only with reputable payment providers compliant with AML/CFT standards.
• Third-party payments are prohibited: deposits and withdrawals must be made in the account holder's own name, and withdrawals return to the source method where possible.

6. Record Keeping & Training

• KYC documents and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years after the business relationship ends.
• Staff receive regular AML/CFT training, and this policy is reviewed regularly and audited under our licensing obligations.
